Welcome to The Skin Antidote, before you book or receive any treatments at our clinic, we kindly ask that you carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and ensure that your experience at our clinic is safe, comfortable, and satisfactory. 

Treatment Consultation: 

Prior to any treatment, you will be required to undergo a consultation with one of our qualified practitioners. During this consultation, your medical history, expectations, and treatment options will be discussed. It is crucial that you provide accurate information to ensure your safety during treatments. 

Treatment Consent: 

Informed consent is required before any treatment. By signing our consent form, you acknowledge that you understand the risks, benefits, and potential side effects of the chosen treatment. You consent to receive the treatment as recommended by our practitioners. 

Treatment Results: 

Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your individual results will depend on factors such as skin type, age, and the nature of the treatment. 

Payment and Pricing: 

A deposit is required when booking your treatment to secure the appointment. Fees paid are fully refundable provided written notice of cancellation or postponement is received by The Clinic at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

The deposit is offset against the cost of the treatment and the remaining balance is to be paid at the time of service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved forms of payment. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings. 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. 

Late Arrival: 

We recommend arriving on time for your appointment to ensure the full duration of your treatment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. If there is not enough time to complete your treatment the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be liable to our cancellation fee. 

Refund Policy: 

While we are committed to delivering exceptional service, providing factual, honest, and ethical advice, ensuring safe and expert treatment by experienced professionals, and using only the highest-quality products, it's important to understand that we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds if the outcomes do not align with your expectations. 

Privacy and Confidentiality: 

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical information shared with us is treated with the utmost confidentiality, following applicable data protection laws. 

Safety and Hygiene: 

Your safety is our priority. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Please follow all pre and post treatment care instructions provided to you. 

Complaints: 

If you have any concerns or complaints about your experience at The Skin Antidote, please contact the clinic manager. We will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns promptly. 

Minors: 

Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent for any treatments. Please note we do not carry out any injectable treatments to anyone under the age of 18 regardless of consent. 

Liability: 

The Skin Antidote and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from treatments or services provided unless caused by negligence. 

Amendments: 

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. 

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London. By booking an appointment or receiving treatments at The Skin Antidote, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Skin Antidote, we value your time and understand that circumstances may arise which require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and to accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 

Appointment Cancellation 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be waiting for availability. 

Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy & Charges 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a "Late Cancellation” and a cancellation fee for 50% of your treatment price will be deducted from the card we hold on file for you.  

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, this will be considered a "No-Show" and a cancellation fee for the full cost of the treatment will be taken from the card we hold on file for you.  

All cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full before booking any future appointments with The Skin Antidote. These fees are non-refundable. 

Payment Exceptions 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as emergencies or illness. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We may make exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. 

Rescheduling 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request at a time that is convenient for you and fits within our schedule. 

Reminder Notifications 

To help you remember your appointments and avoid late cancellations or no-shows, we provide appointment reminders via email or SMS. Please ensure that we have your correct contact information on file.
